Mac’s technician, Joseph Chavez, diagnosed the system issue, explained in non-technical terms what was needed, and had my system up and running the next day. Joseph was extremely courteous and friendly. Mac’s Plumbing Heating and Air replaced my entire HVAC system in 2021 as well as my water heater. Both units are heat pumps. Any further concerns or maintenance will be performed by Mac’s. I highly recommend their services.
