Very Enjoyable Experience
We had a brand-new Daikin heat pump installed, replacing an old Lennox HVAC system and also replacing the entire ductwork, which was more than 50 years old. Mac's was recommended by our close friends. Starting with the advisor Joseph who visited us first till the project is completed today, it has been a very enjoyable experience.
Nate is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions along the way. Gabe, his associate, is a good partner and very patient. They know their stuff and showed all pictures before and after. The guys are courteous and caring. Toni and MacKenzie in the office were very helpful and got me in touch with Steve when I had a question, which I never saw with big companies before.
The inspectors will be visiting shortly, but I want to share we are more than happy to recommend them.
