We contacted Mac’s Plumbing when we had issues (immediately after the warranty period) with our mini split. It was impossible to keep clean since the builder had installed it incorrectly by making the drainage go uphill. Needless to say, it caused water to back up and spray all over the inside of the unit, causing mold/mildew to form. We made the decision to have Mac’s replace it with a Daikin unit. It took the better part of a day. Nate & Ed were friendly, polite & completely professional. Nate took the time to thoroughly explain the issues. They left the area spotless. Ed even helped troubleshoot a minor issue with our jetted tub while they were here. It is so refreshing to find friendly professionals that can be trusted. I would highly recommend Mac’s Plumbing.
