Fast-forward a year and a half later, our brand-new AC unit quit working in triple-digit weather. We reached out to the company as well as our contact, letting them know that our AC unit was out. They came the next day, and by the end of the week our AC unit was up and running even better than before. Thank you so much for your quick response and outstanding customer service!
