Mac’s Plumbing, Heating & Air was fantastic from start to finish. Ed Young, the technician, arrived on time, was friendly, extremely professional, and did an incredible job throughout the process.
What really stood out was the owner, Steve. He didn’t immediately push a replacement water heater—instead, he took the time to thoroughly assess the existing unit and confirm that it truly couldn’t be repaired. Once that was clear, he walked me through two clear options—a “Good” and a “Better” estimate—so I could make an informed decision. The pricing was very fair and competitive, and they even helped me secure 18 months of 0% interest financing, which was a huge bonus.
The installation was completed exactly as promised. Ed paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right and went smoothly.
